Yin & Sound is back - this time with a new name and an invitation to truly unwind and experience a 𝘋𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘌𝘹𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘦 as we 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗺𝗻.

Two hours of complete restoration, combining the slow, mindful practice of 𝙔𝙞𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙜𝙖 with a deeply nourishing 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵.

Yin is slow, accessible and inclusive. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or “good at yoga”. We simply invite you to arrive as you are, move gently, soften into stillness and reconnect with your body.

Then, as you settle into deep rest, the sound bath offers a space to simply 𝘭𝘪𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯, 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦.
